Nordic Dream is a million miles away from what I normally do musically, i.e. Boogie woogie, rock n roll, Big Band Swing etc, and it almost never made it to fruition.
I wrote and recorded this album back in 1991. Not knowing quite what to do with it, it sat on my studio shelf for 13 years until one day I made the decision to release it.
Nordic Dream isn’t a collection of songs in the Scandinavian style, but rather a collection of memories and thoughts of a time spent in Finland.
